Job Title : Senior Tax Accountant
Reports To : Corporate Tax Manager
Direct Reports : n / a
Office Location : Culver City, CA Hybrid - 1 remote day / week
Salary Range : $100,000 to $120,000 based on experience +15% target annual bonus
Benefits : Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k match, 3 weeks PTO and 2 weeks sick days

Description :
Assist with the tax compliance functions for real estate partnerships, REIT’s, corporations, and funds
Review federal and state partnerships and REIT tax returns
Prepare federal, state and local partnership tax returns
Assist in quarterly estimated projections
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Finance; Master’s degree preferred
2-3 years of tax experience, Big 4 / Top 10 public accounting firm preferred
CPA preferred
Real estate (REIT) or financial services industry experience preferred
