Are you a compassionate professional with exceptional organizational skills? We are seeking an outstanding LPN / LVN for a position in Farmington, Maine, working the Variable - Evenings / Nights shift.
The ideal candidate will hold a current Maine license / certification. This role is within the LTC - SNF specialty. A current license and at least two years of recent experience as a LPN / LVN in LTC - SNF are required.

- Current Resume
- Current Maine license, in the process obtaining of or willing to obtain the states specific license
- Current BLS and / or ACLS and / or Specialty Certifications
- 2 current Clinical References
- Physical

- Current Tdap / Flu vaccinations
- Titers - MMR / Hep B / Varicella or vaccination records
- Must be able to pass background / urine drug screening upon accepting an offer
