Position Overview : We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Rosemount, MN.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing and treating speech, language, and communication disorders across diverse populations.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs and goals.
- Provide therapy services to clients, utilizing evidence-based techniques and approaches.
- Collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to optimize treatment outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment interventions.
- Stay current with best practices and advancements in the field of speech-language pathology.
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in the state of Minnesota.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience working with pediatric and / or adult populations preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
