Technical Delivery Manager

Ann Arbor, MI What You'll Do

Youll be responsible for coordinating and managing the delivery of Sight Machines unique solution. You will work with global manufacturing customers as well as cross-functional teams within Sight Machine to make a significant impact on how Sight Machine pushes forward the field of manufacturing analytics.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Be resourceful, customer-obsessed, and team oriented.
• Collaborate with customer teams and the Sight Machine delivery team to create and execute program and project schedules.
• Use your solid execution skills with a strategic mindset to lead cross-functional teams through project planning, execution, and deployment of the Sight Machine platform.
• Anticipate, document, and manage risks and issues, both at technical and business level, within your projects.
• Understand and manage dependencies within and between projects, and ensure clarity of priorities leading to outcomes.
• Prepare and lead weekly customer stakeholder meetings.
• Balance priorities across long-term goals and short-term execution.
• Create cross-functional alignment and accountability across all business and technical groups and levels.
• Proactively and regularly communicate progress status to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve our processes and help us work better and smarter as we scale.
• Manage, track, and ensure high-quality deliverables in a timely manner.
• Contribute to the development of processes and tools to monitor and improve delivery efficiency.
• Work with cross functional teams including Product, Engineering, Support, Customer Success, and Sales for a successful and stable delivery.
