About This Team :
Business Finance team is the team responsible for providing valuable insights and strategic guidance that drive informed decision-making, optimize resource allocation, and ultimately contribute to the long-term success and sustainability of Cloud Software Group.
Job Description / Responsibilities :
Work closely with the HR Benefits and accounting / payroll teams in all compensation and benefit related developments to establish the standard fringe rates for legal entities across the company.
Work with payroll and accounting teams to extract and record all key data elements needed to improve forecasting.
Responsible for the development and consistent implementation and administration of compensation strategy and processes to ensure accuracy, consistency and compliance.
Benefits administration ownership involves monitoring of benefits and employment-related data to maintain accurate records, and controls to ensure completion and accuracy and produce relevant and timely reports to inform business decisions.
Ensure data integrity through routine audits and validations.
Quarterly reconciliation of all benefits. Identify process improvement(s) to ensure proper controls are in place for changing environments, in collaboration with peers and others.
Generate requirements for data and process changes in Workday and Oracle Fusion to support improved forecasting of employee related expenses.
Partner with Finance on planning and management reporting.
Assist with ad-hoc questions raised from the business and the relevant accounting implications.
Liaising with auditors as part of the audits processes.
Required Experience / Skills :
10+ years of experience in accounting leadership roles at multinational companies
Experience with Workday and Oracle
Project management experience required
CPA preferred
Strong ability to navigate through challenges, multiple tasks, take ownership, and deliver on commitments
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to drive tasks to completion
