Responsibilities : - Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions - Assist in strategic planning for HR initiatives and programs - Coordinate data collection and analysis for HR metrics and reporting - Utilize Worday for recruitment and onboarding processes - Support payroll activities and ensure accuracy in processing - Contribute to talent management strategies and initiatives - Stay updated on employment labor laws and ensure compliance - Conduct employee evaluations and performance reviews Skills : - Proficiency in conflict management techniques - Strategic planning abilities to align HR practices with organizational goals - Strong background in employee relations and fostering a positive work environment - Experience with data collection, analysis, and reporting - Knowledge of payroll processes and systems - Talent management skills to attract, retain, and develop employees - Understanding of employment labor laws and regulations
