Administrative Assistant
Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the organization within a corporate office setting.
This role requires excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
Responsibilities :
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and email.
- Coordinate office activities and events, including meetings, conferences, and workshops.
- Assist in booking travel arrangements.
- Submit and reconcile expense reports.
- Maintain office equipment and arrange for repairs or replacements as needed.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Provide general administrative support to employees as needed.
Requirements :
- Minimum of a high school diploma / GED. Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience managing travel and expenses is preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize job duties to meet strict deadlines.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must possess professional demeanor and appearance.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
