Our Bilingual Community Manager earns $24.00 - $25.00 / hour . This part-time property management role works around 25 to 30 hours per week and enjoys sweet perks like :

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of proven experience in a similar role
  • Ability to speak English and Spanish
  • Ability to perform basic repairs with hand tools
  • Excellent communication, management, and customer service skills
  • Proficiency with typing, Microsoft Office, and a property management tool such as AppFolio or TenantTech
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow instructions and ask for help as needed

WHAT TO EXPECT AS OUR BILINGUAL COMMUNITY MANAGER

In this part-time role, your goal is to provide high-quality customer service and manage the essential property management tasks that keep our residents happy and our properties in tip-top shape! You're the main point of contact for residents, answering their questions and promptly dispatching service techs to respond to work orders.

Attentively, you collect payments, address resident violations, and manage turnovers, departures, arrivals, and renewals.

You conduct regular property visits to check things out and supervise the community hosts to ensure the property stays clean and maintains curb appeal.

Eager to support your team, you also help staff with responsibilities like escalating unpaid balances and managing capital improvement projects from bidding to completion.

You closely log your hours, including emergency on-call requests, ensuring our records are updated and accurate!
