As a Program Specialist, you'll manage daily client operations, support and execute projects, and recommend improvements for client success.

Here's what you'll do :

Oversee day-to-day client experience operations, including project support and execution for designated client activities;

making recommendations to continually improve upon client success

  • Drive client satisfaction and retention by developing trusted relationships and regularly engaging with client stakeholders, including organization staff, leadership, and members
  • Drive group collaboration (both face to face and conference calls) of assigned client(s), by working directly with client leadership to support working groups, committees, boards of directors to facilitate scheduling, set agendas, draft minutes, drive action items and document procedures
  • Execute the membership process for assigned client(s), including responding to member inquiries, member benefit packages, orientation of new members, renewals, recruitment of new members, creation and execution of processes and reporting
  • Coordinate the delivery of membership programs and benefits in accordance with client strategic plans, and implement client policies, programs and procedures
  • Collaborate with the Virtual marketing team in the development and implementation of communications initiatives, including webinars, presentations, collateral and membership recruitment
  • Work cross-functionally with the events, web and technology teams, as needed, including event support, implementation, adoption and communication of new tools.

As our next Program Specialist, you will bring :

  • Bachelor's (B.A. / B.S.) degree required;
  • 3-5 years' experience in project coordination and / or experience in Industry Association or professional agency environment
  • High level of creativity and "rolled up sleeves" working style
  • Excellent customer service, communication, both verbal and written, and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, with strong, effective organizational, problem solving and time-management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Must be a self-starter, with the ability to work independently with limited supervision and work well under pressure
  • Experience working with multiple cultures across all time zones a plus
  • Computer proficiency, specifically with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed, up to 25%.

The target hiring range for this role is $53,000 - $60,000 USD (annually) . The starting base salary will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other job-related factors.
