JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Wellness Sales Consultant, you'll collaborate with our Store Manager to drive performance, deliver exceptional client results, and grow our community presence. Your role will involve building relationships with clients, closing sales, and supporting daily operations in-store, while also engaging in planned, structured out-of-store activities such as community events and affiliate partnerships to generate leads and expand our reach. This performance-based position offers set hours and a commission structure designed to reward results.

WHAT DOES THIS ROLE LOOK LIKE DAY TO DAY?

Every day as a Wellness Sales Consultant is dynamic, people-focused, and results-driven. Here's what you can expect :

Client Consultations & Sales Excellence

  • Meet with prospective clients in-store to deliver high-impact consultations and close sales
  • Regularly role-play, stay sharp with your scripting, and maintain the highest integrity in every sales consultation—always striving to deliver the best possible client experience

Lead Generation & Community Outreach

  • Proactively generate new leads through events, affiliate partnerships, community networking, and creative outreach strategies
  • Diligently follow up with existing leads in the pipeline, using provided scripts and tools to maximize conversion rates
  • Represent RISE at events and in the community, becoming the go-to wellness expert
  • Relationship Building & Pipeline Management

  • Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, partners, and community influencers to drive referrals and repeat business
  • Leverage our existing sales systems, communication scripts, and CRM tools to track activity, manage your pipeline, and hit your targets
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and share feedback with the team, always seeking ways to make our systems, messaging, and events more effective
  • Collaborate with leadership and teammates to test new ideas, track results, and implement what works best for our clients and organization
  • Results & Growth

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand RISE Modern Wellness's reach in the community
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals, knowing your earning potential is directly tied to your performance
  • WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

    We're searching for someone who :

  • Has at least 3 years of proven sales success, ideally in a commission-based or high-performance environment
  • Is self-driven and thrives with autonomy—comfortable managing your own results without needing to be micromanaged
  • Embraces change and continuous improvement, always looking for ways to raise the bar and make things better, not just following steps
  • Has a track record of generating leads, closing sales, and consistently exceeding targets
  • Is highly skilled in communication and building relationships
  • Is passionate about health, wellness, and helping others achieve their goals
  • Lives and breathes wellness, actively using our equipment and services so you can speak from real experience and credibility
  • Always puts the client's best interest first, selling with integrity and guiding people to the right solutions for them—not just what pays the highest commission
  • Is committed to ethical, prescriptive selling, believing that helping people find the right fit leads to long-term trust and engagement
  • Bonus Points If You Have

  • A sales background in the health and wellness industry
  • Experience with local business events, affiliate marketing, or community networking
  • Experience with Zenoti (our CRM platform)
  • A strong, established network in the local community
