Requirements :

• Current MO License or Multi-state License
• Master's Degree in Nursing
• 5 years of experience as a RN including 3 years of experience in education administration, or nursing instruction.
• Experience in psychometrics
Preferred :
• Doctorate
• Doctorate
• Experience with ACEN criterion and expectations, NLN CNEA
• Experience with MO State BON regulatory guidelines for a nursing education program

Responsibilities :

• Review the program's curriculum, policies, procedures, and outcomes.
• Identify areas of non-compliance with MSBN standards.
• Analyze student performance, graduation rates, and NCLEX pass rates.
• Gather feedback from students, faculty, and clinical partners.
• Develop an action plan to address non-compliance.
• Set measurable goals and timelines for accreditation.
• Assess resources needed, including staffing and materials.
• Recommend budget adjustments for accreditation efforts.
• Update the curriculum to align with accreditation standards.
• Integrate evidence-based practices and industry trends.
• Strengthen and ensure accreditation compliance for clinical partnerships.
• Provide faculty with professional development opportunities.
• Encourage continuous education and certification for faculty.
• Assist in recruiting qualified faculty to meet standards.
• Ensure faculty credentials match program needs.
• Other duties as assigned by Collage.
