Our large-scale client specializing in real estate is hiring an Accounting Manager for their West Island office.
Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing and preparing monthly financial statements for all non-construction businesses and preparing regular reports as needed.
The Accounting Manager reviews year-end files prepared by the property accountants for the review and audit process.
Job Description :
- Generate various weekly, monthly and yearly financial reports for the real estate group
- Review consolidated financial statements, and cash flow
- Prepare year-end audit files
- Analyze monthly financial statements
- Prepare, review and analyze budgets, and compare to prior year
- Prepare and review accounting reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
- Participate in process improvements and special projects
What you need to succeed in this role :
- An accounting title CPA essential
- 5 years of pertinent experience with consolidation and financial statement
- Autonomy, attention to detail and team spirit
- Creativity and good communication skills
- Experience en immobilier ou cabinet comptable
- Excellent sense of responsibility, strong communication and analytical skills
