WinnCompanies is looking for a traveling Regional Maintenance Technician to join our team and support multiple properties throughout various sites in the Southern Massachusetts region. In this role, you will perform maintenance functions for multiple sites in the community, including rental units, residential common areas, office, grounds and parking lots.

• Franklin Commons, Franklin, MA
• Halstead Franklin, Franklin, MA
• Manomet I & II, New Bedford, MA
• Whalers Place, New Bedford, MA
• Quail Run, Stoughton, MA
• Curtain Lofts Fall River, MA
• Chestnut Farm, Raynham, MA
• The Watson, Quincy, MA
