We are seeking a dynamic Sales Lead / Key Holder to support the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will assist the Store Manager in driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising retail staff
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining store appearance
- Conduct employee orientation and performance evaluations
- Handle payroll and scheduling duties
- Drive retail sales through effective product promotion strategies
Skills
- Bilingual skills a plus
- Proficiency in retail math for inventory management and sales analysis
- Experience in wireless sales preferred
- Strong leadership abilities to motivate and guide team members
- Knowledge of store management practices
- Ability to buy and sell products effectively
