Project Manager - Tenant Interiors Construction
Atlanta-based General Contractor is searching for an experienced construction Project Manager for Class A corporate office and industrial interior tenant fit-ups, renovations, and relocations.
This position is main office based - Only occasional travel required.
We are looking for a Project Manager who truly enjoys construction and brings a positive, energetic attitude to work on a daily basis.
This PM will manage multiple projects at a time and work directly with the clients staff to ensure high quality customer service and customer satisfaction.
Project values range from $100K to $10M. Project durations are usually 8-16 weeks.
Applicants must have at least 5 years’ experience working in construction project management for a GC, CM, specialty interiors, or corporate services firm on T.
I. projects, interior renovations, or on ground-up projects that included the tenant finishes. Experience with interior industrial and manufacturing space is a plus.
A 4-year construction-related degree is required.

Compensation : $100K - $130K + bonus, 100% healthcare premium paid for employee, & 401K.
