Responsibilities
- The employee shall prepare and submit administrative reports.
- The employee shall analyze relevant Air Force Medical Service business processes to verify project goals and strategies.
- The employee shall support various Air Force Medical Service organizations in planning and programming to transition system elements.
- The employee shall coordinate system development tasks to include design, integration, and testing.
- The employee shall design and complete actions in system specifications, technical and logistical requirements, and other disciplines.
- The employee shall create and maintain programmatic and technical documentation to insure efficient planning and execution.
- The employee shall manage and document system configurations.
Qualifications
Minimum Position Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in aerospace medicine or military primary care in the past 5 years.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience consistent with a prior flight and operational medical technician (4N0X1F), core aerospace medical service (4N0X1), or equivalent sister service positions.
Relevant experience would include performing operational medicine clearances (ex : Periodic Health Assessments (PHA), Deployment Related Health Assessments (DRHA), Separation History & Physical Exam (SHPE), retraining / reclassification, overseas clearances, Palace Chase / Palace Front (PC / PF) and interpreting and applying medical standards.
- For LVN / LPN candidates, clinically current and able to meet credentialing requirements of 88th medical treatment facility.
- Experience utilizing military Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other military Health Information Technology (HIT).
- Ability to critically think, problem solve, and effectively communicate through both writing and speech.
- Have a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in place with their company based on the potential access to confidential, proprietary, and / or sensitive information.
The NDA shall be provided to the Government Program Manager by start of performance.
Desired Qualifications
- Lean or Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification and prior instructional experience (e.g., Basic Cardiac Life Support) is desired.
- Program Management Professional (PMP) training / certification experience is desired.
