job_description.job_card.job_descriptionAutonomy : CRNAs conduct their own pre-ops, build their own cases, and perform regional anesthesia Support : Operate under hospital bylaws with no chart review or direct MD supervision Mentorship : Excellent for CRNAs aiming to advance toward full independence Ideal Candidates Will : Hold (or be eligible for) Iowa and Wisconsin CRNA licensure (licensing support available upon offer) Value independence, efficiency, and a team-first environment Be comfortable in low-acuity, fast-paced surgical settings Have interest or foundational training in regional anesthesia ASC : Monday Friday, 7 AM 5 PM (most days end by 3 PM) Hospital : Optional OB call (not in-house); flexible structure No weekends, no holidays at ASC
We are hiring perm CRNAs (new grads and experienced) for this is a unique opportunity to practice autonomously in both hospital and ambulatory surgery center (ASC) environments while enjoying unmatched schedule flexibility and a supportive clinical culture!
What Our Client Offers
- Base Salary : $315,900 annually
- Optional Call Pay : $1,000 per night
- Earning Potential : Up to $393,900 annually (based on two nights of call per week) plus up to $30,000 in bonuses
o $10,000 relocation assistance
o $20,000 retention bonus (with a 2-year commitment)
