The position involves a standard daytime schedule, Monday to Friday from 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm, with no on-call requirements.
It covers both oncology and hematology, but does not involve bone marrow transplants. The caseload is 15-20 adult patients per day, using the ONCO EMR system.
Support is provided by a comprehensive team including Patient Support Specialists, Utilization Management, Financial Counselors, Medical Assistants, Chemo nurses, a pharmacy technician with remote pharmacist support, two other APPs, and a triage nurse.
