Job Summary : We are seeking a detailoriented and organized Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate needs to have experience in managing real estate transactions from contract to close ensuring all processes are completed accurately and efficiently.

The candidate must also understand title binders novations double closings and assignment agreements. This role requires excellent communication skills a keen eye for detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and coordinate real estate transactions from contract to closing.

Prepare and review all transaction documents including contracts disclosures and closing statements.

Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and company policies.

Communicate regularly with clients agents lenders and other stakeholders to provide updates and gather necessary information.

Schedule and coordinate inspections appraisals and other necessary activities.

Monitor transaction timelines and deadlines to ensure timely completion.

Assist with problemsolving and troubleshooting issues that may arise during the transaction process.

Maintain accurate and uptodate transaction records and files.

Provide administrative support to the real estate team as needed.

Qualifications :

Bachelor s degree preferred but not required.

Minimum of 23 years of experience in real estate transaction coordination.

Strong understanding of real estate transaction processes and legal requirements.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Google Workspace and real estate software applications.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High level of integrity and professionalism.

Requirements

Candidate Persona (Ideal candidate example)

Professional Background :

Over 5 years of experience in real estate including 3 years as a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator.

Worked at a midsized real estate firm managing transactions from contract to close.

Familiar with title binders novations double closings and assignment agreements. Handson experience with real estate software applications and Google Workspace.

Skills and Competencies :

Indepth knowledge of real estate transaction processes and legal requirements.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent attention to detail ensuring accuracy and compliance in all transaction documents.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills able to effectively liaise with clients agents lenders and other stakeholders.

Proficient in scheduling and coordinating inspections appraisals and other necessary activities.

Adapt to problemsolving and troubleshooting issues that may arise during the transaction process.

High level of integrity and professionalism maintaining accurate and uptodate transaction records and files.

Technical Proficiency :

Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs Sheets Drive Calendar).

Experienced with real estate software applications such as Dotloop DocuSign and SkySlope.

Detailoriented and highly organized with a meticulous approach to managing transaction details.

Excellent multitasker capable of managing multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously.

Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
