Retail Sales Merchandiser

As an Advantage Solutions Merchandiser, you will play acrucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for customerswithin grocery stores near you.
You will utilize your basicmerchandising skills to reset shelves, tag products, buildeye-catching displays, ensure product facing, and rotate stockefficiently.
Your keen eye for detail will be essential inmaintaining the visual appeal of the grocery stores, ensuringproducts are well-presented, and displays are aestheticallypleasing.
Whatyouget :
- Competitivewage; $ 18.00 - $19.00 perhour
- Flexible hoursworking independently during weekday, daytimehours
- Paid training, equipping you with thenecessary skills and knowledge to excel in yourrole
- Paid mileage and travel reimbursementwhen applicable

Now,aboutyou :
- You're 18 years or older
- Have reliabletransportation and a valid driver's license
- Youenjoy physical work of moving, bending, standing, squatting, andclimbing ladders, and can lift up to 50lbs.
- Can tolerate changes in temperature andhumidity while working in the freezer and dairycooler
- Can implement customer approvedschematics / Plan-O-Grams / MODs with all itemstagged
- Can take direction regarding tagging,cleaning shelves as well as rotating and placing products onshelf
- Can complete online training, turn inaccurate and timely reporting, recaps, timesheets, and expensereports
- Are open to visiting multiple stores ina week
- Have excellent communication skills toeffectively interact with team members, store staff, andcustomers
