Private Duty Nurses provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes. We are actively seeking LPNs and RNs for our Pediatric and Adult patients who are chronically ill in a home setting.

We will tailor a schedule that revolves around you.

• LPN Pay Rate - $33 / hr*
• RN Pay Rate - $43 / hr*
• Job Responsibility*
• Medication / Oxygen / Injection administration without error
• Provide impeccable care to clients by assisting in scheduled activities as well as overall care management.
• Deliver professional nursing services including direct nursing care in the areas of health maintenance, nutrition, activities of daily living, treatment and prevention of illness.
• Assessing the patient's condition and charting patient’s care.
• Participate in staff training and maintain infection control standards.
• Patients may need Vent Care, G-Tube Care and / or Tracheostomy Care
• Job Qualification*
• Current License to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse
• Proof of employment authorization and identity
• Strong recreational, interpersonal and communication skills, in daily activities.
• Ability to work independently in a team environment.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet program needs
• CPR certification required
• Strong assessment and documentation skills
• 1-year practical nursing experience a plus (new graduates are welcome to apply)
