About the Role : Join a growing chocolate manufacturer in central Connecticut as a Quality Control Technician. Ensure products meet high-quality standards through inspections, tests, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Inspect raw materials and finished products.
  • Conduct quality tests and maintain records.
  • Collaborate with production to resolve issues.
  • Ensure compliance with FDA and GMP standards.
  • Assist in developing QC procedures.

Qualifications :

  • Associate degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field.
  • 2+ years in QC, preferably in food manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of HACCP and GMP.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Compensation and Benefits :

  • Salary : $45,000 - $55,000 annually.
