Project Director - Restoration
The Project Director is the first interaction with the customer after a loss and is responsible for interacting with the customer in a courteous and professional manner.
The Project Director is responsible for selling all three verticals of mitigation, contents and reconstruction, as applicable.
Up to $75,000 base salary with additional bonus opportunities!!

RESPONSIBILITES :
- First interaction with customer in site
- Responsible for acknowledgement of arrival and compliance with Carrier Service levels
- Collect 3D scans on the project for exterior and interior repairs
- Scope losses
- Discuss repairs with the customer and obtains work authorization / contract
- Maintain customer satisfaction, as determined by completed satisfaction surveys.
- Adhere to the PDO Health & Safety Program.
- Maintain contact / relationships with key customers. Meet or exceed customer expectations
- Support staff in key client situations and events.
- Collect Accounts Receivable
Competency Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
- Knowledge of technology (iPhone, iPad, computer)
- Customer Service Skills
- Ability to learn and operate our primary operating systems : RMS, Xactimate, TSheets, Moisture Mapper, and additional systems as requested
- Ability to create documents
- Ability to answer and communicate with customers over the phone and face to face
- Ability to work independently and / or with a team
- Ability to participate in an on-call schedule
- Ability to work within hazardous environments safely
- Ability to operate a company vehicle safely
- Maintain a level of confidentiality
Requirements :
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in Construction and Construction Management / Supervision
- Five years or more of Management or Leadership experience in Restoration / Construction industry
Preferred :
- Class A or B General Contractors License
- Associate or bachelor’s degree
