Position : Superintendent Commercial Construction
Location : Fort Lauderdale, FL (Onsite)
Employment Type : Full-time (W2)
Salary range : $125,000 - $135,0000
Visa : USC, GC, and GC EAD.
Note : This position does not provide reimbursement for relocation expenses. Candidates will need to cover relocation costs at their own expense.

Our client is a privately held construction firm specializing in General Contracting and Construction Management. They are seeking an experienced Construction Project Superintendent to join their team.
Position Overview :
The Superintendent will oversee the overall safety, schedule, quality, and on-site activities for assigned construction projects.
The ideal candidate will ensure that each project is executed efficiently, maintaining high standards and compliance with all relevant requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage daily on-site activities for construction projects, ensuring adherence to safety, schedule, and quality standards.
- Maintain an organized jobsite, including managing project security, deliveries, and on-site communications.
- Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, contract requirements, local regulations, safety protocols, and OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of superintendent experience in commercial construction.
- Prior experience managing multi-family, office buildings, and medical construction projects is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- In-depth knowledge of construction safety, regulations, and OSHA requirements.
