Compensation : $325,000 + Admin / Medical Director Stipend
Responsibilities :
- Provide medical oversight and guidance toensure high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to developand implement clinical protocols and best practices.
- Conduct regular reviews of clinical processesto identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with the Medical Director tocontribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives.
- Participate in decision-making processesrelated to medical policies, procedures, and programs.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatorystandards and accreditation requirements.
Qualifications :
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of OsteopathicMedicine (DO) degree.
- Board certification in a relevant medicalspecialty.
- Current, unrestricted medical license topractice in the state of New York.
- Proven experience in a leadership role withina healthcare setting.
