We're on the lookout for an energetic and seasoned marketing and sales professional to step into the role of Entry Level Director of Sales at Evolvement Solutions.

As the key overseer of all marketing and sales operations, you'll be at the forefront of driving growth and development for our sales and marketing teams.

Based in Houston, TX, and operating in-person, this pivotal position involves crafting and executing strategies to expand membership, elevate member engagement and client retention, optimize marketing and lead generation campaigns, and foster a robust sales pipeline.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead the growth and development of the sales and marketing teams.
  • Develop and execute strategies to boost membership, enhance member engagement, and optimize marketing and lead generation campaigns.
  • Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key accounts and potential partners, and devise strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Ensure brand ambassadorship and compliance, bringing our brand to life in the hearts and minds of our target audiences.
  • Develop and execute the marketing plan and calendar for lead generation, member communication / retention, product launches, and brand awareness.
  • Manage the relationship with external marketing vendors, including the agency of record.
  • Track and report on sales marketing campaigns.
  • Recruit, train, and manage the Marketing & Sales Team, providing mentorship and coaching.
  • Actively manage sales rep performance and adherence to the sales process.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on marketing and sales processes, tools, and best practices within Agora.
  • Act as the point of escalation for issues or complaints during the sales process.
  • Analyze and present sales forecasts with a complete understanding of where the numbers stand to meet sales and revenue goals.
  • Evaluate the strategic position of the product / service portfolio and customer profile and develop a competitive strategy.
  • Oversee lead generation activities, marketing campaigns, and sales enablement initiatives, aligning them with organizational goals.
  • Leverage analytics, metrics, and dashboards for tracking and reporting.
  • Participate in leadership activities with the Director Team, including quarterly summits, strategic planning, and branding execution.
  • Meet all Agora expectations regarding processes and timeframes.
