Ascension St. Vincent's is looking for a Critical Care APRN or PA for our Critical Care Department at Ascension Southside Hospital.

Responsibilities :
- Obtains patient history and performs assessment. Orders, performs and interprets diagnostic procedures.
- Provides and documents direct treatment and management of health conditions.
- Provides counseling and education of patients and their families / caregivers concerning preventative health, treatment options and community resources.
- Performs preventative health assessments, screening, immunizations and care.

Requirements
Licensure / Certification / Registration :
BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Valid state license required specific to the state in which the associate works.
Physician Assistant credentialed from NCCPA. Valid state license required.
Education :
Master's degree of Nursing required or Accredited PA Program
Work Experience :
1 year of experience preferred.
