We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated RNs to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
As an RN, you will work under the supervision physicians, assisting in various medical procedures and ensuring that patients receive the best possible care.
This role is crucial in supporting our mission to deliver exceptional healthcare services.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the supervising nurse or physician.
- Assist with patient assessments and documentation of medical histories.
- Support patients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and feeding.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness practices.
- Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Participate in case management and collaborate with healthcare teams for comprehensive patient care.
- Assist with specialized care procedures such as catheter care, sterile processing, and esthetic laser treatment when applicable.
- Provide support in urgent care settings or critical care transport as needed.
Requirements
- Valid RN license in South Carolina
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and nursing practices.
- Experience in senior care, infant care, or urgent care settings is preferred.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality.
- Ability to perform critical thinking and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Previous experience in case management or similar roles is a plus.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing education and training to enhance nursing skills.
