Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) – Flexible & Supportive Work Environment

A rewarding opportunity is available for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist seeking stability, collaboration, and growth. Join a team that values transparency and professional development.

Position : Full-Time

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Compensation : $100,000 - $110,000 annually, plus benefits

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs.
  • Develop and adjust treatment plans to support client progress.
  • Work closely with other healthcare providers for comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely documentation.
  • Manage a consistent caseload effectively.

Requirements

  • Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Active LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license in Arizona.
  • Experience in evidence-based therapy approaches and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well within a team and a commitment to continued learning.
