Shift Details :

4x10-hour shifts per week for optimal work-life balance.

Flexible Commitment : Minimum of 3 weeks per month required, with a strong preference for 4 weeks.

Work Environment :

Robust Support Staff :

19?23 supervising anesthesiologists per shift.

10?20 CRNAs scheduled daily, ensuring a collaborative, supervised team environment (no independent practice).

EMR System : EPIC for seamless documentation.

Patient Demographic : Adults 18+ (Pediatric and Neuro experience a big plus!).

Skills Required : Proficient in MAC and General Anesthesia.

No requirements for regional anesthesia, OB, thoracic, or cardiac cases.
