One Vision is seeking a Thrift Store Manager to lead our Fort Dodge Thrift Store ! What You'll Do

As the Thrift Store Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of daily operations, including :

Managing store performance - product flow, inventory, and merchandising.

Leading your team - supervising, training, and developing employees and volunteers.

Delivering customer & donor satisfaction - ensuring positive, mission-centered interactions.

Tracking results - monitoring KPIs, sales, and budget goals to drive growth.

Creating a positive environment - keeping the store clean, safe, and welcoming.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of retail sales experience .

3+ years of leadership / management experience , including at least 1 year of running a retail store (thrift preferred).

Background in financial oversight, inventory control, and merchandising .

High School Diploma or GED (required).

Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills .

Ability to train, coach, and inspire team members .

Comfortable with the physical side of retail (lifting, bending, standing, moving items) .

Schedule

Our store hours are 10 AM - 6 PM, Monday through Saturday . Manager availability will align with store needs. Closed Sundays and all major holidays.
