Position : Business Systems Analyst (BSA) Salesforce
Location : Remote ( PST Time Zone)
Duration : 6+ months
Overview :
We are seeking a skilled BSA with Salesforce expertise for a 6+ month remote contract.
The successful candidate will lead our migration from Salesforce Classic to Lightning, ensuring a seamless transition of all features and functionalities.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead migration from Salesforce Classic to Lightning.
Document system functionalities and processes.
Create user stories and process flow diagrams in an Agile environment.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and meet requirements.
Conduct data analysis using SQL and other tools.
Provide training and support on the new Lightning platform.
Ensure data integrity during migration.
Adapt to changes in project scope and timelines.
Must-Have Skills :
Experience with Salesforce Classic and Lightning.
Proficiency with Sales Cloud (Service Cloud is a plus).
Strong SQL and data mining skills.
Agile methodology experience.
Proficiency in writing user stories and building process flow diagrams.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Project Background :
Migrating from Salesforce Classic to Lightning.
Data-intensive project in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility with Agile methodologies required.
