Job Duties :
- Ability to handle high volume of calls along with emails
- Daily processing of orders received by clients via, email, website or EDI.
- Monitor and update clients on the status of orders, confirmation of quality, quantity and etc.
- Follow up on customers inquiries, complaints and help to resolve any issues.
- Knowledge of on-site inventory in order to fill customer request
- File and perform other office duties as necessary
