Requirements :

Board Certified or Board Eligible

Active PA License or Current IMLC "letter of qualification"

In addition to holding a current IMLC "letter of qualification," physician applicants will need to demonstrate that they have satisfied two Pennsylvania state requirements before obtaining a license : completing 3 hours of education in child abuse recognition and reporting, and 4 hours of education relating to pain management and opioid prescribing practices.
