Job Summary

The Senior Executive Readiness Specialist will beresponsible for developing and managing the executive coaching andmedia training program for the Companys executives and corporatemanagement.

These programs shall be customized for each executiveaccording to both their executive communications strategy plan andaccording to their profiles and needs.

The senior executivereadiness specialist will work with the executives and theiroffices to develop the coaching and training programs and be ableto support adhoc coaching needs and requests.

The activities thatsenior executive readiness specialist will be responsible forensuring executives are prepared to deliver impactfulcommunications including but not limited to media engagementspanels speaking opportunities local community engagement andambassadorship activities

Responsibilities :

• Develop and manage all executivecommunications preparedness programs including but not limited tomedia coaching and speaker training.
• Executethese plans to the successful realization of the executivecommunications strategy goals and Key Performance Indicators(KPIs).
• Build and manage a network of coachesand trainers to support executives and deliver these programsincluding but not limited to coaching agencies media trainingagencies and contracts.
• Track and assess theeffectiveness of the coaches trainers and the training and coachingprograms along with pairing executives with appropriatecoaches.
• Develop wider senior managementcoaching and training programs in line with the executivecommunication strategy to increase the impact reach and presence ofmidlevel executives.
• Manage archives ofexecutive engagements including but not limited to panelsinterviews speeches earnings calls etc.
• Develop Impact Profiles for each executive in alignmentwith the Planning and Strategy team and the strategic objectives ofeach executive.
• Support and manage bespoke andadhoc coaching and training for executives.
• Liaise with executives and their offices to ensureappropriate coaching support is received and adjust asrequired.
• Build and manage the team to supportthese activities and the growing needs of executivepreparedness.

Requirements :

• This role required candidate topermanently relocate at Dhahran SaudiArabia.
• University degree inPublic Relations Media Relations Communication Journalism CoachingLeadership Development Management Business Administration or arelated field.
• 3 years of experience inLeadership Communications or a related field.
• Previous experience handling executive coaching forCsuite executives in large multinational companies.
• Excellent command of oral and written English.
• Ability to adapt to a multiculturalenvironment.
• Solid portfolio of previous workand referrals.
