Position Overview :
This position has the primary responsibility to contribute and support the US AML & MF Lead in Medical Affairs strategy meetings, educational meetings, advisor boards, individual KOL meetings, US congresses, among others.
Responsibilities :
- Support medical lead in the development of the medical strategy and tactical planning and execution.
- Support, track and follow up of Client sponsored clinical trials assigned within the US portfolio.
- Support scientific communication within the US & MF AML community (e.g. TL engagement plan).
- Support the planning and execution of Scientific Communication Activities (e.g. scientific symposia)
- Support relevant Independent Medical Education initiatives as per medical plan (grants & sponsorships)
- Provide Medical / scientific insight into publication strategy and review of individual manuscripts / abstracts.
Qualifications :
- Advanced degree (PharmD and / or PhD) in life science.
- 2+ year experience in medical affairs, clinical and / or translational research. (Hematology or oncology preferred)
- Ability to manage timelines and quality of work.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with exceptional time management.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to remain calm and positive under pressure.
- Outstanding analytical skills and experience in translating medical / clinical information into medical affairs strategies.
- Demonstrated customer focus orientation & credibility.
- Hard working with a can-do attitude.
