About the Opportunity : We are partnering with a highly respected, private fertility practice to find a dedicated and experienced Clinical Manager. This is a confidential and impactful leadership opportunity within a center known for its commitment to patient care, advanced reproductive technologies, and strong success rates.

Role Summary : The Clinical Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing clinical operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring smooth workflow and patient satisfaction.
  • Manage and mentor a team of clinical staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Implement and maintain clinical protocols and best practices in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
  • Monitor and manage clinical budgets and resources effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, embryologists, and administrative leadership to optimize patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and strategic planning for the clinical department.
  • Handle patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Qualifications :

  • RN OR BSN Preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a fertility / reproductive endocrinology setting.
  • Proven leadership or management experience within a clinical healthcare environment.
  • Strong understanding of IVF protocols, reproductive technologies, and patient care pathways.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex clinical operations and lead a diverse team.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
