Probate and Estate Litigation Paralegal
Job Posting : Experienced Probate and Estate Litigation Paralegal
We are seeking an experienced Paralegal with over 3 years of experience in Probate and Estate litigation. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in both pre-litigation and litigation processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support attorneys in all aspects of estate transactions and litigation.
- Conduct thorough legal research and draft documents related to estate and trust.
- Manage case files, coordinate schedules, and maintain deadlines using document management and calendaring software.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Paralegal in Probate and Estate litigation.
- Extensive experience with pre-litigation and litigation.
- Proficient with document management and calendaring technology.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
