Small CAH hospital in OR looking for a 9am-9pm Resource RN. This RN needs ER experience as well as MedSurg / floor experience.

g., 50% ED, 50% MedSurg) because they will be working where they are needed Will not accept any RTO. -For MedSurg : Nurse to patient ratio : 1 : 3-1 : 5 depending on census Usually 1 : 3-1 : 4.

Can go up to 1 : 5 but RARELY happens. -We always have a total of two nurses. Extension offer likely if the traveler is a good fit.

This is a float BETWEEN MedSurg and ED as needed. -Must have two years experience -This hospital is close to some of the best beaches on the Oregon coast.

We are 30 minutes from Bandon which has been rated one of the best golf courses in the country! -Orientation is typically 1-2 shifts depending on how comfortable the traveler is.

Our goal is to make this the best traveling experience possible. We want you to be successful -Housing leads On the coast! Look for housing in Coos Bay and North Bend.
