Staff Accountant

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary finance contact for Sales on deal structuring and approvals

Review and approve transactions for compliance with policies and revenue recognition standards

Support month-end close processes, including revenue recognition and account reconciliations

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Accounting, Deal Desk, or Order-to-Cash roles at SaaS startups

Solid understanding of order-to-cash processes and ASC 606 revenue recognition principles

Experience with CRM (Salesforce), billing platforms (Stripe), and ERP systems

Strong accounting foundation; CPA is a plus

Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable in a fast-paced environment
