We are currently seeking a C-Store Sales Associate who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all our customers.
As a C-Store Sales Associate, you will be the face of our store, welcoming customers with a warm smile and assisting them in finding the products they need.
Your primary responsibilities will include handling cash transactions, processing payments, and managing the cash register with accuracy and efficiency.
You'll also be responsible for keeping the store clean, organized, and well-stocked, ensuring that customers have access to the products they love.
From restocking shelves to tidying up aisles, your attention to detail will help maintain a clean and inviting atmosphere that keeps customers coming back.
In addition to your role as a cashier and stocker, you will be an important resource for customers who need assistance or information about our merchandise.
Whether they have a question about a product or need help locating an item, you will be there to provide helpful guidance and ensure they leave the store satisfied.
You'll also stay informed about current promotions and sales, offering recommendations that align with customer needs and contributing to the overall sales goals of the team.
We are looking for candidates who have some experience in retail or customer service, but we are also open to those who are eager to learn and grow in this role.
Basic math and computer skills are essential, as you'll be managing cash and using our point-of-sale system. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment is crucial, as is flexibility in your schedule.
We require availability on weekends and in the evenings, as these are our busiest times. Additionally, you must be at least 16 years old and capable of working in various environmental conditions.
This role requires standing and walking for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs., and working in both hot and cold environments, including time spent in our cooler.
