As a Non-Exempt Full-Time team member, you'll be hands-on with troubleshooting and repairing various systems, keeping our operations running like a well-oiled machine.

With a starting pay rate of $26.25 per hour plus a $2.50 2nd shift differential, your hard work will be rewarded from day one.

To excel in the role of Maintenance Technician at The Bama Companies, you must bring a diverse set of skills to the table.

• Proficiency in at least five of the following areas is a must : automated equipment setup, teardown, and repair; PLC troubleshooting;
• maintenance and repair of motor controls, general industrial wiring, and hardware; electrical troubleshooting; maintenance and repair of AC inverters, DC controllers, and servers;
• a strong electrical skill set; maintenance and repair of mechanical systems including pneumatics, bearings, seals, gears, chains, sprockets;

and knowledge of pipe fitting and appropriate lubrication of mechanical systems. Your expertise in these areas will be instrumental in keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently.
