Position Overview :

We are actively seeking dynamic and skilled Plumbers to become part of our team and act as representatives of Nandail Property Management.

As a valued team member, you will be pivotal in delivering exceptional services to our clients and customers in the field.

Responsibilities :

  • Troubleshoot, Install repair, and maintain plumbing systems in multi-family residential environments.
  • Experience performing repairs with copper, steel, cast iron, PVC, CPVC, PEX, and other piping.
  • Ability to detect sources of leaks within the confines of the building, underground, working internally and on the exterior of the building to find the source of error.
  • Perform drain cleaning on plumbing systems
  • Perform Sewage backup troubleshooting and repairs
  • Work with blueprints and job specifications as it apply to the craft
  • Identity proper materials and quantities for new and existing projects
  • Review blueprints, building codes, or specifications to determine work details or procedures.
  • Keeps records of work assignments
  • Repairs, removes and / or replaces system components.
  • Installs green plumbing equipment, such as faucet flow restrictors, dual-flush or pressure-assisted flush toilets, or tankless water heaters.
  • Welds small pipes or special piping, using specialized techniques, equipment, or materials, such as computer-assisted welding or microchip fabrication.
  • Performs other business-related duties, as required.

Requirements :

Valid plumbing license.

Own transportation, valid driver's license, and willingness to travel to client sites.

Good working knowledge of water supply, heating, and ventilation systems.

Proficiency in reading blueprints and using plumbing tools.

Good listening and communication skills.

Good interpersonal skills and patience.

Physical dexterity.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
