Job Description :
We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to IT operations. The successful candidate will assist with a variety of tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and facilitating the efficient flow of information.
Responsibilities include :
- Providing general administrative support to IT operations
- Preparing routine reports and documents
- Assisting analysts, managers, and technicians with tasks such as formatting, scanning, and printing
- Scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments
- Performing administrative duties, including organizing paper or electronic files and data entry
- Supporting records and information management activities, including document scanning, review, and classification
Mandatory Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- At least one year of experience in routine office administration
- Experience providing general office functions and support services
- Availability to work on-site in Baton Rouge, LA as needed
Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory) :
- Experience providing logistical support for public events
- Familiarity with managing technical aspects of time entry software
- Experience supporting and reviewing expense reports
