We are seeking a Fast Casual Restaurant General Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience.
Tired of working late nights and weekends, this is the General Manager job for you! Our fast-casual brand operates five (5) locations around Illinois.

Benefits :
- Salary $62k-$65k
- Monthly Paid Bonus
- Weekends Off
- PTO-10 days, starting your first year
Responsibilities :
- Supervise and coordinate all restaurant and catering activities
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues
- Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
- Train and manage kitchen personnel
- Manage staff schedules
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in food service or other related fields
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
