Construction Lead Project Manager (Atlanta, GA)
An industry leading Atlanta-based General Contractor is looking for a Project Manager who can lead large-scale commercial construction projects.
Applicable project experience for this Project Manager could include a work history of healthcare, education, multifamily, hospitality, mid / high-rise or a diverse commercial background .
This is a great opportunity for a Project Manager to develop into their own role and reach your career goals!
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience preferred as Lead Project Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Projects of $20MM or more desirable
- Relatable work history
- Strong ground-up commercial construction experience (renovation work will also be considered)
Responsibilities :
- Ensuring project success including safety, schedule, profitability, quality and customer satisfaction
- Assuring business development with client contacts, relationships, proposals, presentations and negotiations
- Establish professional working relationships with owners, architects, engineers and subcontractors
- Administering contract terms and conditions, contract documents, subcontract agreements, purchase order agreements, etc.
- Coordination with the appropriate team members and business clientele
