As our next Systems Engineer Intern ,you'll immerse yourself in the intricacies to support a team that produces products that are vital to national defense.

You will learn from the best and brightest in the communications and nuclear deterrence domain. This position is located in Richardson, TX .
What You Will Do :
Creation, decomposition, and tracing of requirements for communications systems on military platforms, both air and groundapplications.
Work witha model-based systems engineering application to create the logical and physical design diagrams.
Perform integration and testing for these communications solutions.
Support future bids and proposalsprovidingnew business opportunities.
What You Will Learn :
How to use requirements management tools, such as DOORS and / or JAMA.
How to createSysML diagrams using model-based systems engineering applications.
How to write and execute test cases for communications solutions.
Qualifications You Must Have :
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Prefer :
Engineering graduates with a high level of understanding of both hardware and software design concepts, especially, as they pertain to communications solutions.
High level understanding of communication theory, networking, and / or digital processing.
Experience working in a highly collaborative technical environment.
Knowledge of Python, MATLAB,or other computer software languages.
