About the Company
I’m Mike and I started ML Adams Trucking with the desire to build a company that focuses on the Driver. We have seen the way some of the big companies treat their employees like equipment rather than professionals worthy of being valued for their experience, ability, and effort.
We want to make the driver the voice of the company. We started with that simple idea and handpicked our drivers; people who were tired of being with big companies and appreciated the idea that we could visit like peers.

About the Job
We’re looking for drivers with three years of Class A experience and a Tanker endorsement to haul food-grade milk and juice all over the country.
Cows don’t stop working so our miles are pretty consistent and we’ll work with you to get you the home time you deserve.

Job Summary
- Company Driver (W2, Solo)
- Tanker trailer
- $1,300 - $1,500 total weekly avg. pay
- $0.46 - $0.46 CPM
- 3,000 - 3,500 avg. miles per week
- No Driver Load / Unload
- No slip seating
Home Time
- 21 expected days out
- You can stay out longer if you want to
- Get 1 day of home time for every 7 days worked
- Home at least one weekend per month

Core Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
- Maintaining a driver's log in accordance with DOT regulations.
- Inspection of vehicle, equipment, and cargo to ensure everything is safe, legal, and secure.
- Daily customer interactions and maintaining good customer relations.
- Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.

Hiring Requirements
- Class A license without any of the following restrictions : (G) Night Driving, (O) No Semi Trailer, (K) Intrastate Only or (V) Medical Variance
- Must have (N) Tank Vehicles endorsement at time of hire
- 3 years Tractor Trailer experience
