Copper River Technologies is looking for a .NET Developer to join our software implementation team at our government customer site.

This position is full-time until March where it becomes an as needed maintenance position.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to) :

  • Design, develop, and maintain application solutions using the eCase case management platform.
  • Modify migration tools to bring data and documents from legacy applications to OPEXUS' software solutions.
  • Diagnose application performance across client-side code, network communication, web-service processing, relational database design, and web-service interactions.
  • Maintain and support existing applications, providing suggestions on ways to optimize or enhance.
  • Provide technical training and support to clients when necessary.
  • Participate in project planning / estimation with project managers.
  • Convert and integrate data and content for use in databases.
  • Stay abreast of current technology and seek out new tools that can be utilized appropriately.
  • Make suggestions that improve programming techniques, applications, documentation, and client deliverables.
  • Engage in problem definition and solution implementation according to client needs.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Experience / Skills :
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in .NET web development including C#.NET; ASP.NET; HTML; CSS; XML; JavaScript; JQuery, AJAX;

interface design; IIS, MS Visual Studio IDE; and relational databases such as MS SQL Server, Oracle, or My SQL.

  • Customer focused / engagement experience.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Quick learner with strong multi-tasking abilities.
  • Must be available for occasional travel to support project
