Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN) - Neuro / ICU
Location : Dallas, TX
Shift : 12-Hour Nights (7 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM)
Shifts Per Week : 3
Scheduled Hours : 36
Hourly Pay Range : $32 - $53
Job Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Neuro ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic and fast-paced Neuro Intensive Care Unit.
As part of our exceptional team, you will provide critical care to non-trauma neurosurgical patients, stroke patients, and those undergoing neurovascular surgeries, specialized spine care, and seizure management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to Neuro ICU patients following established nursing practices and hospital protocols.
- Monitor and assess patients, ensuring timely response to changes in their conditions.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including neuro specialists, nurse practitioners, stroke coordinators, and educators, to deliver comprehensive care.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures, ensuring safety and compliance with hospital policies.
- Engage in ongoing education and development through unit-based practice councils and professional training opportunities.
- Participate in shared governance and evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes and contribute to a healthy work environment.

Qualifications :
- Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program.
- Minimum 1 year of Neuro ICU experience required.
- Current RN license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (must be obtained within 30 days of hire).
